PCE-CT 80HP-F5N3 High Precision Coating thickness gauge

The PCE-CT 80HP-F5N3 is a reliable tool for determining the thickness of materials such as plastics, paints, and coatings on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It offers a wide measuring range of up to 0 … 5000 µm on ferrous metals, making it suitable for a variety of measuring tasks. With an impressive accuracy of up to ±(1.0% of mv. + 0.5 µm), this coating thickness gauge is highly precise. The gauge features a V-groove sensor, allowing measurements to be taken on convex surfaces. Additionally, measurements can be performed on concave surfaces using this coating thickness gauge.

Throughout measurements, the coating thickness gauge can store measured values directly. It has a memory capacity of up to 2,000 measured values. Following a measurement session, these values can be transferred from the coating thickness gauge to a computer for analysis using dedicated software. To facilitate further analysis, the measured values can be exported in CSV format.
