The PCE-CT 22BT Coating Thickness Meter is a tool designed to accurately measure the thickness of coatings on metallic surfaces. With a measurement capability of up to 1500 µm, it is ideal for use in various settings such as paint shops, quality control in goods receipt, and professional inspections. This device features a Bluetooth interface, which allows for seamless data transfer to iOS or Android devices, facilitating easy export of data in formats like CSV, PDF, or TXT. Additionally, it supports a live view and analysis of measurements through a freely available mobile app, enhancing the usability and convenience for the user.
The Coating Thickness Measuring Device offers a micro USB connectivity in addition to Bluetooth. Additionally, all data in the Coating Thickness Measuring Device may be transmitted to the PC and examined via this interface. The ability to use this interface to run the Coating Thickness Measuring Device without batteries is another unique feature of it. Many measurement procedures are therefore no longer reliant on the battery’s state of charge.
