The PCE-LDC 8 Leak Detector is a tool designed to locate leaks in compressed air, coolant, and gas lines. It operates on a 40 kHz frequency, suitable for detecting mid-frequency leaks. The device includes an ultrasonic sensor with a laser pointer for precise targeting and offers up to 6 hours of battery life. It can detect leaks from a significant distance, up to 59 feet, depending on the operating pressure in the pipeline. The leak detector comes in a robust carrying case with a sensor unit, headphones, a focus tube, an extension cable, a charger, and a manual.
