Measures Humidity, Temperature, Air Velocity, Light and Sound

Humidity, temperature, air velocity, light, and sound are all measured by the EN300. Environmental meter with a tripod mount and an RS-232 PC interface. Temperature and Air Velocity or Relative Humidity are displayed on a large dual LCD screen at the same time. Depending on the Hygro-Thermo-Anemometer or Light-Sound Mode, the characters on the display reverse direction. Data Hold, Min/Max, Auto power down, and Low Battery/Overrange warnings are all available. The built-in low friction vane wheel enhances air velocity accuracy in feet per minute, miles per hour, meters per second, kilometers per hour, and knots. Precision thin-film capacitance humidity sensor included in for quick response. Built-in thermistor for measuring ambient temperature. Temperature is measured to 2372° (1300°C) using type K input. For Cosine and color adjusted light measurements, a precision photo diode and correction filter are used. Sound level measurement satisfies IEC 61672 class 2 requirements by employing A frequency weighting and a quick reaction time. Type K thermocouple probe, bag case, and six 1.5V AAA batteries are included.
