The Accelerometer PCE-VT 1100 is used as a handheld measuring tool to assess vibrations on machines and systems. With the assistance of this accelerometer, the actual state can without problems be decided on-site. Thus, corresponding adjustments may be made at once on-site after the measurement. After that, the brand-new situation may be assessed. Thus, the accelerometer serves as a measuring tool for relative measurement on different machines.

The PCE-VT 1100 serves essentially as precautionary or preventive maintenance of production machines.  Very often, the accelerometer is used to assess the state of smaller electric motors.
