PCE-VM 31-HA Vibration Analyzer with Hand-Arm Sensor

The PCE-VM 31-HA is a Human Vibration Analyzer designed specifically for measuring human vibration in the workplace, capable of calculating both hand-arm vibration measurements according to ISO 5349 and whole-body vibration measurements according to ISO 2631. This device is particularly useful for assessing risks related to hand-arm vibration syndrome (HAVS) and carpal tunnel syndrome, helping to measure exposure action values (EAVs) and exposure limit values (ELVs) to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

The analyzer is equipped for tri-axial measurement (Xh, Yh, and Zh axes) and includes features such as velocity, acceleration, displacement measurements, and a 3 channel FFT for frequency analysis. The device supports TEDS, enabling automatic detection and identification of TEDS-capable sensors. With its 4 independent measuring channels, it can display data in various forms like interval, running, or maximum RMS (MTVV), estimated vibration dose value (eVDV), vector sum, peak, and maximum peak values. The acceleration data can be shown as FFT with up to 125 lines, providing detailed insight into vibration characteristics.
