The PCE-HFG 10K Tension Dynamometer is a hydraulic force gauge designed to measure forces up to 10,000 N (approximately 2,248 lbs). It utilizes hydraulic pressure to measure the force acting on its pressure adapter, displaying the force in Newtons on its scale. This device features an integrated drag pointer to indicate the maximum measured value, making it suitable for capturing peak force readings.

A notable aspect of this dynamometer is its 27 mm ring opening, which allows for versatile applications, such as measurements on guide rails, shafts, and even bolts of machinery like hydraulic presses.
