The PCE-BTM 2000 belt tension meter is a portable tool designed for measuring belt tension in various industrial settings. It features a measurement range of 10 to 900 Hz, with resolutions under and over 100 Hz being 0.1 Hz and 1 Hz, respectively. The device offers an accuracy of ±(1% of reading + 4 digits) and can store data in 15 folders, each holding 50 measuring points. It operates within a temperature range of 0 to +50°C and is powered by 3 AAA batteries.
On the display of the belt tension measuring device, the reading is always displayed as the belt frequency in Hz. The belt tension monitoring gadget features a high-contrast display that displays the user-friendly graphic menu in six different languages. The belt tension monitoring device’s memory may hold up to 750 data recordings. The belt tension measuring tool is delivered fully assembled and operational. Included in the delivery scope are the standard gooseneck sensor, a magnetic holder, batteries, an operating handbook, and a portable device. The belt tension meter has the option to include an external sensor head with a spiral cable, a device hard case, a frequency mallet, and a tripod in order to maximize measuring flexibility.
