The PCE-IT 120 insulation measurement device can test insulation resistance up to a maximum of 8 GΩ, utilizing auxiliary voltages of 250, 500, and 1000V. Additionally, it features capabilities for measuring both DC and AC voltages up to 950V DC and 700V AC, respectively, and resistance up to 2 kΩ. The device also includes a continuity tester that emits a beep. Moreover, it allows for the assessment of the polarization index and the dielectric ratio.
The insulation tester’s OLED display allows for easy recording of measurements with just the press of a button. This device adheres to the standards set by DIN 57 411 part 1 / VDE 0411 part 1, which cover safety measures for electronic measuring instruments (IEC1010-1), and DIN VDE 0413 specific to insulation testers. It is calibrated at the factory and can be supplied with an ISO calibration certificate either when initially purchased or during periodic recertifications, such as annually.
