The PCE-ATP 1 ATP Tester is a device used for rapid detection of bacterial or microbial residue on surfaces. It can store up to 10,000 data records and offers connectivity via USB and Bluetooth. This tester is particularly useful in food safety and hygiene applications to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
To obtain a sample of the surface to be examined, use the PCE-ATP SWAB (separately available; refer to accessories). Make sure the swab comes into touch with the reaction liquid and reagent by pushing it all the way down into the tube. To make sure the sample is completely covered, gently shake the tube. Place the entire test tube into the PCE-ATP 1 ATP tester’s measuring chamber. The ATP tester display displays the measurement results in relative light units (RLUs) after ten seconds.
