The turbidimeter is a transportable instrument with a sizable display that satisfies all specifications for on-site turbidity measurement. The turbidimeter’s measuring range is 0 to 1000 NTU. In order to maximize precision, it is divided into two automated ranges. The turbidimeter is simple to operate thanks to its keypad.

Use an LED light source with an invisible to the human eye wavelength of 830 nm from the electromagnetic spectrum. The test that tints the color is not particularly conclusive because the measurement is done throughout the visible light spectrum.

Transmitted light can be used for high ranges when the photodiodes are positioned at 180° and 90° angles, while scattered light may be used for low ranges. The turbidimeter can always be calibrated thanks to the 0 and 100 NTU calibration standards that are part of the package. The turbidimeter meets with EN 27027 and ISO 7027 requirements.
