The PCE-TG 150 HT Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge from PCE Instruments is a versatile and portable device designed for non-destructive testing of material thickness using ultrasonic waves. This gauge is suitable for a variety of applications, including checking the thickness of different materials in industrial settings, ensuring quality control, and inspecting incoming goods.
The ultrasonic thickness gauge has a data memory in which the measured values can be recorded. After the measurement sequence, the stored measurement values can be analyzed directly with the ultrasonic thickness gauge. Stored data is displayed graphically with the ultrasonic thickness gauge. In addition, the unique measuring point can be accessed and read using ultrasound images for thickness verification. A simplified analysis of the measured values, average, largest and smallest values are shown in the ultrasonic thickness test. The ultrasonic thickness gauge can optionally be equipped with an ISO measurement certificate.
